You are solely responsible for returning the Goods to us. Our support team will provide you with guidance and a shipping address. You may contact our support through the details provided in the contact section of this Policy.
You are responsible for the cost, risk, and process of returning Goods to us. You must cover all shipping costs. You acknowledge that if the goods are lost during shipping, you are not eligible for a refund. We recommend using an insured shipping service.
The company and its third-party partners cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or financial losses that might occur to you by Goods lost during the return shipping or due to you sending them to the incorrect address.
- Reimbursement for a Return
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days (fourteen days) from the day you have returned the goods to us and we can confirm the state of the goods. The money will be returned through the same payment method as used to buy the goods initially.
You will receive the total amount you have paid for the goods and the initial shipping costs.
You acknowledge that the costs of the return are non-refundable.
